1. Performances are open by invitation only. Members of Apollo Arts and members of Apollo Community granted benefit of receiving invitation for each performance. If you don’t receive your invitation by email you may request it through tickets@apolloarts.org.
2. Attending the performance and being on the property you are agree to follow the Guidelines (listed bellow; printed version available at the security check point while entering the property).
3. Each purchased ticket grants admission to one person only and is valid exclusively for the date, performance and seat number for which it has been issued.
4. Tickets are for personal use only, and are non-transferable .
5. Refunds will only be issued up to 24 hours prior to the start of the performance. You shall request a refund through the Eventbrite platform (www.eventbrite.com) yourself and also forward your request to tickets@apolloarts.org.
6. You must display your ticket (in printed or electronic form) upon admission.
7. In order to ensure all patrons have an enjoyable experience, please arrive early. There is no late seating. Box Office closes 10 minutes before the performance. We strongly encourage you to buy your ticket online prior to arrival. If you plan to purchase tickets At the Door, please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to Box Office closing time, to allow for the processing of tickets.
8. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Eating and drinking are allowed only on the piazza level.
9. Photography, with or without flash, and recording (audiotaping or videotaping) during the performance are prohibited, except for designated photographers and videographers on site.
10. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. Please ensure that your children do not disrupt the performance. Only children under the age of 12 are eligible for the reduced rate tickets.
11. Dogs, pets and emotional support animals are not allowed at the venue. Only service animals are allowed.
12. The dress code for the performances is casual-elegant.
13. Mobile phones must be turned off during the performance.

Please have your guests, your family or friends, buy tickets under their name online at www.apolloarts.org.
If you wish to purchase a ticket for your guests, please provide their first and last name by emailing us at tickets@apolloarts.org.
All patrons will be asked to present their ticket when entering the premises and at check points before entering the performance venue. Be sure to allow time for check in, parking and finding your seat before the start of the performance. Our team of ushers always here to help you.
The performance is hosted on a private property. Please note that areas other than the performance venue, the Theatron and Piazza David, are closed to the public.
Parking is allowed only at designated areas. Please do not park over dry grass.
Please respect the 20mph speed limit while driving on the property.
Our patrons with children are asked to reserve seating in the General Seating area only. Older children are allowed on Row C and above. All children should be accompanied by their parents or guardians at all times.
Dress code is casual elegant. Please no shorts or jeans.
We would like to remind you the following.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property.
- Please refrain form shouting or whistling.
- Eating and drinking is allowed only on the Piazza David level.
- Only water is allowed at the seating area.
- Please do not bring glass containers/wine glasses, red wine or coffee into the Theatron seating area.
